1. WE DO HONOR REQUESTS FOR REFUND
a. You have 14-calendar days to request a refund from the date you first purchased the service, and 30 days to return. To be eligible for a refund, you must request a refund within 14 days of starting, which will start with the first day of purchase. If you purchased on Monday, then your refund request must be received by Sunday. This will be returned to the credit card initially used. Please include your complete name, address, daytime telephone number and email address when requesting the 30-day money back guarantee.
2. Our 30-day money back guarantee!
a. You can receive a full refund for rHealthUP when you request it within 14 days of the original purchase . Use the help desk or send a message to support@rHealthUP.com with your current account details and request for refund. Customer Support will take it from there. This would mean presenting proof that you access the site in good–.faith. In addition, we do not authorize anyone under 18 years of age to purchase any products or services.
b. Any request after 14 days will not be refunded. Please, if you are considering or thinking about getting a refund, kindly do not download, remove, take pictures of, or duplicate any products from the rHealthUP site, this will be in violation of our company policy.
